What is in-home speech therapy, and how is it different from clinic-based therapy?

In-home speech therapy means a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) comes directly to your home instead of you traveling to a clinic. Sessions happen in your child's natural environment, which allows the therapist to work on real communication moments — mealtimes, playtime, routines — as they happen. There's no commute, no waiting room, and no disruption to your child's schedule.
